Terms of Service

DO NOT:

• Do not edit my art, or reproduce my art on merchandise or as NFTs, etc. without specific permission from me.

• Do not mislead people and claim to have created my art. If it was a collaboration/trade/etc, please state such.

• Do not resell my art by itself. (But if a character gets sold with my art attached to it that's fine)

• Do not order NSFW artwork from me if you are not 18+ (if you are under 18 and order NSFW art from me you will be blacklisted from all of my commissions, adopts, etc.)

• Do not use my art in any NFT or AI applications

DO:

• Feel free to resell adopts made by me

• Feel free to post my art anywhere! Just please credit me and if possible link back to any one of my pages (website, DeviantArt, Ko-Fi, FurAffinity, etc.)

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:

• Turnaround time is generally 2-3 weeks, but can be longer for multiple or more detailed requests. I will give an estimate at the time of commission. I will let you know ASAP if the actual time frame will differ from the given estimate.

• Payment is due up-front, but payment plans can be negotiated for purchases of $100 or more.

• I will only be held responsible for what I myself have created. (Content made by others using my character designs, characters I have created art of, or fursuits that i have made is not a reflection of my own beliefs)

• I will provide a sketch that will need your approval before I move on to finishing a piece. This is to ensure your satisfaction with the finished piece(s).

• I am happy to provide edits to a sketch, or early on in the linework stage, but edits beyond the lining / flat colors step will cost extra.

• I will provide WIP pics upon request. I cannot guarantee I will start a piece right away, but I will share whatever progress i have so far.

• I reserve the right to post and sell any of my own art, including using art as examples for commissions or in advertisements for my own services, and includes merchandise applications as well. If you do not want your art on merchandise, please let me know.

• I will keep buyer's name anonymous upon request. Buyer must notify me of their desire to remain anonymous at the time of the purchase. I will try my best to accommodate later requests, but if I am notified late I cannot guarantee that I will have caught it in time

• I reserve the right to deny any client or request for any reason, at any time.

REFUNDS:

i will discuss potential refunds on a case-by case basis, but generally speaking, these are my guidelines:

• if I have not yet started on a sketch, a full refund can be issued

• if I have started on a piece or its sketch, I will consider a refund (partial or full) but I reserve the right to re-use the sketch or any other art I have already created. (I will not re-use your character, but I may re-use the pose, background, etc.)

• There are absolutely no refunds for completed artwork.
